Hydraulic Packs and Generator Sets are fully enclosed in weatherproof canopies with explosion proof muffler and a sound level of 75Dba at 1 metre.

Roma Diesel’s mechanical workshop, spanning 700m², is located at 49 Spencer Street in Roma Queensland. We currently employ 7 qualified mechanics along with housing the following equipment:

  • Load bank testing for gas generators up to 600KVA

  • Gas engine testing facilities

  • Engine overhaul facilities

  • Engine diagnostic facilities for both gas and diesel

  • Fully equip 3 tonne 4WD Isuzu service truck

  • 10 tonne Linmac crane

 

With these skills and equipment, Roma Diesel Service is able to produce the following products:

  • Gas generators from 5KVA to 3,000KVA as single standing units

  • Small power stations from 500KVA to 10 mega watts

  • Diesel generators from 5KVA up to 5,000KVA

  • Well head generators from 5KVA up to 150KVA

  • Hydraulic Packs and Drive Heads

  • 24 hour mobile breakdown service

 

Roma Diesel Service manufactures a standard range of gas generators in a range of sizes (12KVA, 25KVA, 30KVA, 40KVA, 50KVA, 60KVA, 80KVA, 100KVA, 120KVA and 130KVA) with the following options:

  • 20 litre automotive top up system

  • Extended oil pan sump for long service intervals up to 1500hours between services

  • Inteligen controller with mod bus communication port

  • Gas train built to Australian Standard 3814

  • Compliance B certificate provided with each unit

  • Bunded skid base with the following:

    • forklift lifting beams

    • four hold down points

  • Canopy is constructed of 3mm carbon steel

  • Optional built in load bank

  • Optional Metcalfe and Stanford alternators

  • Optional Deutz air cooler or GM engines
